Can you just imagine?
Just a few reasons why I would love to live in Paris...
*Cheese. Nothing quite compares to the quality and the variety of choices. In a word...heavenly.
*Bread. Fresh warm bread is sold on most street corners for only about 1 euro.
*Fashion...need I say more? These people know how to dress. From haute couture to street chic.

Wearing yoga pants in public just won't do and fresh lipstick is always a must.
*Architecture...the most amazing city for historic architectural eye-candy.
*The city of lights...Paris at night, a vision to behold.
*Fresh baked croissants from the corner bakery...worth the trip every time.
*People are well trained for their jobs. Even a vocation like a florist has years of training before working.
*The French average 10 weeks of vacation a year. Americans average 3. Let's move to Paris.

*Culture abounds...from big-ticket events such as the opera or ballet to free entertainment in the parks.
*Romance...how could you not fall in love here?
*Flowers! The endless flower stands where a cheery bouquet can change your day,
not to mention the window-box gardens spilling over the balconies.
*Safety...even in a city as big as this, a woman can walk alone after midnight and feel safe.
*People are not judged by financial means, but rather by who they are, what they do and what they think.
*The many wonderful cafes where you can sit with glass of wine, with or without a friend,
all the while feeling perfectly content.
*And last, but not least, The Eiffel Tower. Magical in every sense of the word. It never ceases to impress.
Paris...

Love your array of Paris images. I just went to Paris not too long ago. Did you like all my French furniture and design finds. It was fun browsing around. The thing about MOVING to Paris is that they all speak French all the time. And you get to pay lots and lots of taxes in comparison to where you live. Other than that ... ;-)
ReplyDeletebtw. Let me invite you: do come link it up with us at http://www.finecraftguild.com/party/ !
