Hi all! I'm joining my Cowgirl Up friends...Samantha, Anita, Amanda and Linsey as their guest host for the party today and "honorary cowgirl". If you've been hanging around here for awhile, you should already know that I'm a southerner and a huge fan of cowboy boots and country music, so I feel right at home in their neck of the woods! The style of these four fabulous Texas bloggers mixes farmhouse, french, and shabby chic creating effortless style and comfort...exactly what we all want for our homes. Just insert yours truly into that gray box with the question mark and saddle up for the ride...

The Cowgirl Up!
1 Party, 5 Blogs
The story of my blog began a little over a year ago when I was looking for another outlet to bring more recognition to my Etsy shop, Swede 13 Inspirations. It began as a way to showcase my love of all things vintage, my paintings and my photography.

I describe my shop as a mix of shabby, french, vintage and cottage. For many years, I was selling my vintage finds and treasures in local antique malls until I discovered the wonderful world of Etsy. I can't say enough good things about this amazing community of artists who not only support, but also truly inspire one another on a daily basis. The idea to start a blog in conjunction with my shop came from a fellow antiquing friend who gave me that push to make it happen.
My blog has become a place to not only showcase my projects and transformations, but also a venue to share my inspirations. Swede Dreams is my avenue to share my love for art, beauty, decor, fashion, food, travel and entertainment. There's a little bit of something for everyone.
So if you are into antiquing, junking, painting, decor, country music, chocolate, dreams of Paris or days at the beach, I think you might enjoy a daily dose of Swede Dreams.
A big thank you to the Cowgirl Up team for having me as their guest host today and allowing me to share a slice of my world with their wonderful readers. Now it's time to grab that cup of coffee, iced-tea, glass of wine or ice-cold beer and feast your eyes on last week's features. I can't wait to see the new inspirations you link up this week!
